Promised updates, communication, approximately time frame missed. Calls and text not returned. No real info about diagnosis upon pick up

We traveled 2.5 hours from Colorado Springs to look at a used Colorado truck. We will be towing the truck behind our motorhome, so need a truck that can be flat towed. I wanted to make sure the transfer case could be placed in neutral, so Marina and the general manager got the instructions and we tried it. It turned out the truck we were interested in did not have the correct transfer case. Marina showed us a new truck that had the correct transfer case and they presented us with some numbers. We had been there quite a while and wanted to get some lunch and think. Marina took us to lunch and we decided purchase the new truck. We had a very good experience overall and would recommend Ghent Chevrolet. Marina is great to work with and we enjoyed our experience with her.

The staff was very helpful, professional, and friendly. I'll return to Ghent and recommend it to others.

The service department was very prompt and did a great job on my truck.

Coordination with wheels program was very poor. My truck was in for service for broken headlight and HUD display not working. When they evaluated truck they did not look at HUD. the headlight came in faulty so it could not get repaired. I had to bring the truck back for another appointment. The then fixed the headlight and evaluated the HUD which should have been done on first visit. I had to leave my truck in the shop for over a week again to get the HUD repaired. I was promised the HUD would be repaired by Thursday morning and it was not. The reason even though I was on schedule two weeks prior was there were no bays available. Not very efficient service. it took two weeks for two simple repairs. I will not use Ghent for any further service.

Warren understood my predicament and addressed the issue I had promptly and professionally. Because my problem involved an after market product, there was one small issue that I resolved myself. All in all, everything is now good.

They have taken care of my truck since I bought it from the 10 months ago and the manager Dylan is absolutely amazing only one complaint is the time it takes for them to do my service and I come out missing valve stem caps that came with the truck and was never told about it

Waited for a long time. Service on vehicle was fine But customer service can use improvement Ignored by a few staff walking by When finally helped those folks were friendly Bit everyone else in the service department seemed to be in a horrible mood and took it out on the customers

The visit/service exceeded my expectations except I did not get my car washed.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. We were updated frequently about our repairs needed and the repairs were fixed very quickly.

The Chevy app didn’t apparently send my reservation to the dealer. They only had 1 tech by the time I showed up for the “apt” and they were already booked. However, they were able to find a senior tech who was willing to assist since I drove up from Denver and got me in and out quickly. The service provided to me that day was absolutely amazing and like nothing I ever encountered at any other dealer, Chevy or not.

Scheduled my oil change, was told there was a recall (I was never told by Chevy), so scheduled that as well. Dropped off my pickup the night before, Warren lined up a Lift driver to come pick me up once everything was complete - worked smoothly. I did have to reset my oil life button - that wasn't done by the technician. Not a big deal, but you asked for my experience at the dealership.

I mentioned I would be waiting for my car and was ultimately told I’d be waiting around for a while since they did not have the proper staffing.

I was early for my appointment. I was there for nearly 2 and 1/2 hours. That is a little long for for an oil change and tire rotation.

I recently purchased a 2025 Chevy Trax, and I had a great experience thanks to Krish—my salesman at Ghent. Even though I was his very first customer, he did an outstanding job. He really listened to what I wanted, was easy to talk to, had a great sense of humor, and brought a calm, easygoing energy to the process that made the whole experience enjoyable. I also want to give a shoutout to Dario, who walked me through all the paperwork clearly and patiently, and to Tim in finance for helping everything go smoothly. Everyone I worked with at Ghent was helpful and professional, but truthfully, if it hadn’t been for Krish, I probably would’ve gone to a dealership closer to home.

They didn’t complete my service took 8 hours for an oil change and they didn’t even do everything they were supposed to do. Front desk was lazy and rude

They changed the oil and rotated tires was OK. No one caught the check engine light on. I had to bring truck back and show them.

My wife and I just purchased a brand new 2025 Tahoe from Ghent Chevrolet Cadillac, and the entire experience was outstanding. After our first visit, we both agreed — whether we ended up purchasing the Tahoe we test drove or doing a dealer trade, we weren’t going to work with anyone but Larry. He was our main sales rep and absolutely earned our trust from the start. Big shoutout to Larry, Justin, Eric, and Ted — these guys operated flawlessly as a unit to make me a deal I couldn’t refuse. No games, no pressure — just straight talk, professionalism, and a team effort that made the whole process smooth and actually enjoyable. Highly recommend working with this crew if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.

My glove box fell off after my car was inspected when I had a oil change.

Anthony in the service department went out of his way multiple times to keep me informed of a delay with my vehicles completion, as well as finding some information for me on a question I had on an unrelated issue. He made the difference.

Had my tires rotated and they didnt change the pressure. Now i have 70 in the front and 60 in the back.

I waited 3 hours for an oil change I didn’t even get all the services I wanted. I wanted my tires rotated. The guy told me I needed new tires so it was not worth rotating. There is nothing wrong with my tires.

Fast and friendly service

I brought my Corvette in for routine maintenance and was told when I picked it up that the work was done in two days but it took over a month to get my car only because I drove to the dealership to get it done or not. Very stressful month not getting any updates or any communication as to what was going on! Also the car was sitting outside so needs a complete cleaningz1 The worst I have been treated over the last thirty or so years since I've been dealing with Ghent's. Also $500 for a radiator hose is outlandish! Tell Bob hi. Greg Beck

Look forward to continue working with the new service manager,as a man with a disability I had a special request when they was done with the service on my truck & he full-filled it no problem. My truck will Always be serviced at Ghent so long as we keep accurate records particularly with the mileages & what was serviced.

Prompt, polite, helpful.

The service was completed quickly and it was done well. I did not receive my multi-point inspection report as promised, however. It took an extra call to your service department to obtain it. An unnecessary extra step.

Friendly and professional staff

Love the The Ghent team. From buying my car to having it fixed because of an accident. They have been completely transparent with cost, time, and would call me every week to update me with information on my vehicle. Jasmine was the best and those that fixed my car did a fantastic job. I am very pleased. Thank you Ghent Chevrolet team.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and had a great experience. The service was quick, professional, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. They kept me updated, answered my questions, and had me back on the road in no time. It’s always nice to go somewhere that makes car maintenance stress-free—I’ll definitely be back!

Employees are really nice and try to help you get through the service fast

I made an appointment because my check engine light came on. The appointment was set for Thursday the 9th of October. I dropped the car off on the 8th. Monday, the 13th, the test had still not been run. After speaking with multiple people, Joel in particular, it was finally completed and the problem was diagnosed paying nearly $200.00. Meanwhile, I had already taken the car to Auto Zone for a FREE analysis to diagnose the problem that was identified by your dealership. What a joke! $200 to plug in the analyzer for 2 minutes! I will never use Ghent again! I'm sure you won't respond to this because it is a terrible review. Please be sure to publish but again, I'm sure it will most likely be ignored and then deleted.

1, Joshua waited until I was at dealership, check in hand, from Broomfield, before telling me that vehicle had lot damage, and hail damage. Both were already fixed , but come on! 2. Upon delivery, when I got home to Broomfield, 54 miles away, I realized that the vehicle was very poorly detailed. Crumbs, dirty glove box, stain on driver's seat, engine covered in dust!!!!!!! I realize this was a courtesy vehicle (2023, 5138 mi), but I bought as new! I have seen used cars cleaner! Really hurt my feelings! 3. When I got home, I realized that my owner's manual was missing! As you know, 2023 Colorados come with a physical manual. I called Grant and he said he would mail it to me. It did not arrive, so I called again and spoke to Joshua, same guy who I made the deal with. He said he would follow up on this. 5 days later, never heard from him. I was so cordial and nice to these guys, I thought they were genuine.Sadly, no. 4. Ted, finance guy was great! Very good to work with. I will say he told me that Ghent owed me around $80 for an overcharge. That was 10/21/2025, so I am not being critical, may still be on the way. In ending: I really like my truck! I know I paid a little more than it is worth, but that is on me. I just think that Ghent would want me as a return customer some time. Also, I have daughters in Colorado, and other family members. I could easily send them to Ghent! Why would they take that for granted? I know I bought an inexpensive truck, but it was hard for me! I think dealerships should take into account that customers know you are in the business to make money, We get that. But you also need to remember that this is supposed to be fun for folks! Some folks can afford more than others, but we all work hard for that money, and don't want to be treated as a monthly goal. Thanks for looking at this , I hope it helps!

Fast and friendly service

Nothing great to say-waited over two hours to basically find out what I already knew when I arrived at the dealership. The troubleshooting by the tech actually caused an additional problem that the vehicle did not have when I arrived. The cost to fix these problems was so outrageous that I chose to leave rather than pay it.

They diagnosed my truck. Set up a time for the repair and was done as expected. The vehicle works great and was able to get back to work.

Jeremiah in sales and David in finance were nice to work with. The sales manager that attempted to bully us into a finance rate and was completely rude almost changed our entire deal with Ghent. If the business is car sales, customer service, and loyalty he didn’t do the dealership any favors. Luckily David worked to make it right after a horrible experience and finalize the deal.
