We traveled 2.5 hours from Colorado Springs to look at a used Colorado truck. We will be towing the truck behind our motorhome, so need a truck that can be flat towed. I wanted to make sure the transfer case could be placed in neutral, so Marina and the general manager got the instructions and we tried it. It turned out the truck we were interested in did not have the correct transfer case. Marina showed us a new truck that had the correct transfer case and they presented us with some numbers. We had been there quite a while and wanted to get some lunch and think. Marina took us to lunch and we decided purchase the new truck. We had a very good experience overall and would recommend Ghent Chevrolet. Marina is great to work with and we enjoyed our experience with her.

Coordination with wheels program was very poor. My truck was in for service for broken headlight and HUD display not working. When they evaluated truck they did not look at HUD. the headlight came in faulty so it could not get repaired. I had to bring the truck back for another appointment. The then fixed the headlight and evaluated the HUD which should have been done on first visit. I had to leave my truck in the shop for over a week again to get the HUD repaired. I was promised the HUD would be repaired by Thursday morning and it was not. The reason even though I was on schedule two weeks prior was there were no bays available. Not very efficient service. it took two weeks for two simple repairs. I will not use Ghent for any further service.

The Chevy app didn’t apparently send my reservation to the dealer. They only had 1 tech by the time I showed up for the “apt” and they were already booked. However, they were able to find a senior tech who was willing to assist since I drove up from Denver and got me in and out quickly. The service provided to me that day was absolutely amazing and like nothing I ever encountered at any other dealer, Chevy or not.

Scheduled my oil change, was told there was a recall (I was never told by Chevy), so scheduled that as well. Dropped off my pickup the night before, Warren lined up a Lift driver to come pick me up once everything was complete - worked smoothly. I did have to reset my oil life button - that wasn't done by the technician. Not a big deal, but you asked for my experience at the dealership.

Everyone I worked with at Ghent was helpful and professional, but truthfully, if it hadn’t been for Krish, I probably would’ve gone to a dealership closer to home.

I brought my Corvette in for routine maintenance and was told when I picked it up that the work was done in two days but it took over a month to get my car only because I drove to the dealership to get it done or not. Very stressful month not getting any updates or any communication as to what was going on! Also the car was sitting outside so needs a complete cleaningz1 The worst I have been treated over the last thirty or so years since I've been dealing with Ghent's. I made an appointment because my check engine light came on. The appointment was set for Thursday the 9th of October. I dropped the car off on the 8th. Monday, the 13th, the test had still not been run. After speaking with multiple people, Joel in particular, it was finally completed and the problem was diagnosed paying nearly $200.00. Meanwhile, I had already taken the car to Auto Zone for a FREE analysis to diagnose the problem that was identified by your dealership. What a joke! $200 to plug in the analyzer for 2 minutes! I will never use Ghent again! I'm sure you won't respond to this because it is a terrible review. Please be sure to publish but again, I'm sure it will most likely be ignored and then deleted.

1, Joshua waited until I was at dealership, check in hand, from Broomfield, before telling me that vehicle had lot damage, and hail damage. Both were already fixed , but come on! 2. Upon delivery, when I got home to Broomfield, 54 miles away, I realized that the vehicle was very poorly detailed. Crumbs, dirty glove box, stain on driver's seat, engine covered in dust!!!!!!! I realize this was a courtesy vehicle (2023, 5138 mi), but I bought as new! I have seen used cars cleaner! Really hurt my feelings! 3. When I got home, I realized that my owner's manual was missing! As you know, 2023 Colorados come with a physical manual. I called Grant and he said he would mail it to me. It did not arrive, so I called again and spoke to Joshua, same guy who I made the deal with. He said he would follow up on this. 5 days later, never heard from him. I was so cordial and nice to these guys, I thought they were genuine.Sadly, no. 4. Ted, finance guy was great! Very good to work with. I will say he told me that Ghent owed me around $80 for an overcharge. That was 10/21/2025, so I am not being critical, may still be on the way. In ending: I really like my truck! I know I paid a little more than it is worth, but that is on me. I just think that Ghent would want me as a return customer some time. Also, I have daughters in Colorado, and other family members. I could easily send them to Ghent! Why would they take that for granted? I know I bought an inexpensive truck, but it was hard for me! I think dealerships should take into account that customers know you are in the business to make money, We get that. But you also need to remember that this is supposed to be fun for folks! Some folks can afford more than others, but we all work hard for that money, and don't want to be treated as a monthly goal. Thanks for looking at this , I hope it helps!

If the business is car sales, customer service, and loyalty he didn’t do the dealership any favors. Luckily David worked to make it right after a horrible experience and finalize the deal.
